Presented by Joe and Jane Cavanaugh
Praise, Petitions, Forgiveness and Thanksgiving are key components of a Catholic mass. Could these same parts of a mass be parts of a marriage?
On this retreat we will explore these questions:
How often do you praise your spouse? How often do you thank your spouse? Can you ask for help from each other and admit I need you? Are you someone who can say I’m sorry. I messed up. Will you forgive me?
If you’d like to increase your marriage vocabulary and deepen your relationship, this retreat is for you! Come join us in prayer, reflection, story, discussion and laughter in this interactive, upbeat retreat. Whether you’re newlyweds or veteran spouses, no matter what stage you’re at in your marriage, you will leave the retreat with an enhanced vocabulary. See how the power of words, used generously, can enhance your love connection and strengthen your marriage!
The retreat begins with supper at 5:30 p.m. on Friday and concludes after a morning conference and optional 10:30 Mass. Cost: double-occupancy room, $495; suite, $565; meals included.
Commuter option: There is a commuter option for couples not staying overnight. The suggested offering is $130, which includes all conferences and lunch on Saturday.
