Abbey Days of Reflection - 2018-19

An Abbey Day of Reflection is a time and space set apart for spiritual renewal. We welcome men and women of all faiths who wish to come and pray with us.

Reservation Information

The day begins with Morning Prayer with the Saint John’s monastic community at 7:00 a.m. in the Abbey Church. The day includes breakfast, noon prayer with the monastic community, lunch, presentations, and individual reflection time. The retreat day ends at 3:00 p.m. The cost is $55 which includes programming, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and materials.

Fr. Michael Kwatera, O.S.B., serves as director of liturgy for Saint John’s Abbey and as faculty resident on the 2nd floors of Saint Boniface and Saint Patrick Halls for Saint John’s University. He regularly celebrates the Eucharist with the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, Minnesota.
